I am a PhD student in Mathematics at Heriot-Watt University, under the supervision of Alexandre Martin.

My primary domain of research is geometric group theory, and in particular the study of groups that act with non-positive curvature properties.

My research is oriented around the understanding of Artin groups, and the relations between their geometric behaviour and their algebraic properties.

Before starting my PhD in Edinburgh, I did my Master's degree and my Bachelor's degree at the EPFL in Lausanne. During my master's thesis I studied various features of hyperbolic groups.
